TOM JIG® t3
First personalized surgical guide system for high tibial triaxial (valgus-derrotative) osteotomy.
Tibial osteotomy can delay or even avoid future arthroplasty. Most common high tibial osteotomies are those which correct “genu varus” or “genu valgus”. However, when any of these is combined with a need for rotation, a triaxial osteotomy is required.
Deformities in three spatial planes are treated with one single action by these complex osteotomies.
Rotational deformity of the tibia with converging kneecap resulting in clinical pain and/or patellar instability or overloading of the medial knee compartment and causing early joint degeneration.
PURPOSE
Valgus-derotational high tibial osteotomy.

Custom Made Medical Device: surgical invasive product, class IIa transient use. Rule 6, Annex VIII, MDR 2017/745.

PATHOLOGIES
Genu valgus or genu varum gonarthrosis.
PURPOSE
Opening wedge osteotomy.

TOM JIG® t+
Personalized surgical guides system for open wedge high tibial osteotomy.
In a tibial osteotomy with open wedge, the tibia is cut at an angle and the two sides are separated to create a wedge-shaped opening.
Advantages: greater precision in the correction and preservation of the patient’s bone stock, the possibility of performing biplanar corrections and greater simplicity in the subsequent revision of a knee arthroplasty.
Personalized surgical guides system for high tibial substration osteotomy
TOM JIG ®T- system makes it easier to perform the substraction osteotomy cut in the appropriate plane, achieving the desired correction quickly and accurately.
In a closed-wedge tibial osteotomy, the two sides of an angled cut on the tibia are brought together to form a closing.
