SPINE AI: DIGITALIZATION & AUTOMATION IN SCOLIOSIS FOR BETTER DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND OUTCOMES

We are proud to be part of SPINEAI, an innovative project focused on improving scoliosis treatment—a condition that primarily affects children and teenagers. In collaboration with Prim, IDONIAL, ISPA-FINBA, and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, we are developing an intelligent platform that automates the design of patient-specific braces, improving treatment precision and comfort.

This project is made possible thanks to a grant from the Ministry of Science and Innovation, the EU, the State Research Agency, and the Recovery, Transformation & Resilience Plan. With this support, SPINEAI integrates advanced technologies to enhance scoliosis treatment:

🤖 Automated brace design to create patient-specific solutions
🦴 3D modeling & FEM simulation to predict and optimize correction
📡 Real-time monitoring with smart sensors for better follow-up
⚡ Faster, more efficient production to improve accessibility
